To ensure that all clients receive the highest possible service we request that the following guidelines be observed.
We provide robes, slippers, wraps for women and boxers for men. Robes and slippers must be worn when outside of shower facilities.
Appointments must be canceled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to cancel within this time will require payment in full for scheduled services. Failure to cancel within the appropriate time will result in forfeiture of any special, certificate or gift certificate.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow you to fill out any necessary paperwork and change into spa attire. To maintain our schedule for the next client we will not be able to extend appointment times, so please make every attempt to be early.
Please make arrangements for child care. Due to liability reasons, we cannot allow any child under the age of 12 to be left unattended for any amount of time. Children must go into treatment rooms with their parent regardless of the scheduled service.
