With an impressive 35 years in the industry, Allison Symcox is a highly respected Houston hair stylist at White Salon whose experience, artistry, and passion are immediately felt the moment you sit in her chair. A fourth-generation native Houstonian and natural redhead, Allison knew she wanted to be a hairstylist as early as age five—experimenting on her Barbies with food coloring and scissors long before it was allowed (or encouraged). Allison specializes in blondes, long hair, bobs, and precision cuts paired with beautiful, dimensional highlights. She is best known for her expert cuts and highlighting techniques that enhance each client’s natural features while remaining timeless and wearable. Her philosophy is simple but powerful: listening comes first. Every service begins with thoughtful communication to ensure the final look reflects both the client’s lifestyle and vision. Her advanced training includes years as a Paul Mitchell educator and regional trainer, platform artistry at major hair shows, and serving as the Bumble and Bumble trainer for White Salon after studying at Bumble and Bumble University in New York. She is certified in Babe tape-in extensions, Brazilian hair treatments, and has trained extensively with Goldwell, Aveda, and Kerastase.
