We require at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation. A cancellation after the 24 hour grace period or a no show appointment will require a credit card on file and a signed agreement to pay 50% of the value of any future missed or canceled with a minimum of $50 Cancelled or no show appointments cost the salon and it's employees thousands yearly and are not tolerated at WHITE Salon.

DEPOSITS A $75 non refundable deposit is required before new clients may schedule any color, keratin or hair extensions service. This deposit will be applied toward your service upon check out. This deposit is completely non refundable in the event that you no show, cancel or decide not to go forward with the service.

GRACE POLICY A 15 minute grace policy is given as courtesy to those running late to their scheduled appointment. At 16 minutes the appointment is considered a no show and will require payment of 50% of service or $50, whichever is higher. We can not allow a grace period beyond 15 minutes as other clients would be inconvenienced unnecessarily.

REMINDER TEXT / EMAILS Text and email reminders are sent out 2 days prior to appointments. If you receive no text or email, you do not have an appointment. Please review the time, date & stylist is accurate. Appointments can not be cancelled through the confirmation text or email. Call 713.524.7100 to change appointments.

SERVICE CHANGES The maximum time allowed for adjustments to any service is 7 calendar days. Any concerns about a hair service must be brought to our attention within this time period.

REFUNDS

No refunds are given on any hair service without exception. Hair color and styling are interpretative. We strive to make every experience exceptional but will never refund a service. Children under 12 are never permitted in the salon unless they are here for a service. The salon environment is not appropriate or safe for children under 12 years of age. No child should be expected to be still and quiet for long periods of time and other guests should never have to deal with someone else's children.
