John is a senior stylist at WHITE Salon and a Houston hair stylist with 16 years of experience and a deep passion for precision cutting. A graduate of Paul Mitchell The School, John has completed extensive post graduate training, including the Vidal Sassoon Academy in London, advanced cutting education with D.J. Muldoon, and multiple color programs through Goldwell, Aveda, and Bumble and Bumble. He basically never stops and we love that about him. John is best known for geometric haircuts, including pixies, bobs, and other structured styles that rely on balance, proportion, and clean lines. Precision cutting is at the core of his work, but he also specializes in balayage and lived in blonding, with air touch highlighting being his preferred technique for seamless, natural looking color. His approach behind the chair is methodical, visual, and collaborative. As a professional musician, John understands individuality and expression, and he brings that same mindset to hair. He values clear communication, thoughtful consultations, and realistic planning. Clients are encouraged to bring inspiration photos so every detail can be explored before the first cut is made.
